Items are available exclusively to deeded homeowners. At the time of pickup, individuals will be required to present a valid driver’s license for identification. Only the deeded homeowner may collect the items.

 

All items MUST be picked by on June 3rd between 12:30pm and 4:30pm. The property manager will contact you with a pickup time.

Any unauthorized removal of items from the pool area will be considered theft.
