Items are available exclusively to deeded homeowners. At the time of pickup, individuals will be required to present a valid driver’s license for identification. Only the deeded homeowner may collect the items.

 

Pickups will take place at the Clubhouse Pool area and must be scheduled through the property manager.

Please do not attempt to retrieve any items from the pool area unless you have been contacted by the property manager.

Any unauthorized removal of items will require either their return or full payment.
