Lakes & Fishing
Greystone has 10 lakes within within the community which are maintained by the HOA. Please observe the following rules when utilizing the lakes within the community:

Fishing is "catch and release" only

Only owners, family members, guests, tenants are allowed to utilize the lakes

Owners that reside on a lake lot can utilize the lake property immediately behind their property

Owners who do not reside on a lake lot can fish by utilizing an association common area (depicted on the map below). Utilizing the property behind another home is not allowed

Swimming in the lakes is prohibited
Association Common Area
The map below depicts all common area within the association, usable by residents. If you do not live within a lake lot home and want to fish in one of the lakes, utilize one of the common areas to access the lake. While fishing, you must remain within the common area and not fish behind any home (unless you are the resident of such home).
